Installé depuis 1995 en polyculture/élevage, nous transformons à la ferme le lait de nos 50 chèvres et 42 vaches.
Respectant le cycle naturel des chèvres (taries en hiver) nous fabriquons uniquement du fromage pur vache en janvier et février.
Nous produisons la totalité du fourrage (foin, paille, luzerne) consommé par nos animaux. Les 140 ha de notre exploitation permettent également de faire pâturer les vaches aux beaux jours et de produire une grande partie du reste de leur alimentation.
Tous nos fromages sont au lait cru entier, et sont à déguster sans modération!
