Nous cultivons notre safran à 1000 mètres d'altitude, sur la commune de Cipières (06), en plein cœur du Parc Naturel Régional des Préalpes d'Azur.
Notre produit est totalement naturel, nous désherbons à la main et n'apportons rien à la terre, si ce n'est tout notre amour.
Nous avons donc la chance de produire un produit d'exception dans un cadre qui lui corresponds.
