Hello everybody!
My name is Miguel and I'm a Portuguese chef living in Amsterdam.
Due to the current situation I lost my job in horeca, so for me it was time to get creative and do something for my neighborhood.
I started my own soup business in the Spaarndammerbuurt.
The concept is very simple, 3 soups that change every 3 weeks.
This initiative also gave me the opportunity to know my neighbors and to integrate in the community.
My philosophy on my concept is all about connecting people and support local business by using their products.
This new project gave me a new direction in my life and opened a lot of doors for me.
